CANCELLATION POLICY

Marriott Beach: Cancel on or before Feb 14 - Registration refund minus $100; no hotel penalty
Cancel after Feb 12, penalty fee is full stay; no hotel penalty for certified medical or aircraft grounding, and 50% of registration fee

Discounted Airport fees approximately $200 per plane
Discounted Cuban Overflight permit $200
Stingray City/Rum Point Lunch $70 per person including transportation
Roundtrip group bus transport to all events available for $5 per person
